Meditation on Self Love
The Universe will always offer chances to reboot. (Like the full lunar eclipse we just experienced!) There are times when it really is beneficial to pause and honor all that we’ve experienced before taking our next steps. Loving ourselves and being at peace with our past is one of the greatest ways we can build a solid foundation from which to move forward. It also helps us live happier, healthier lives in the present moment.
This meditation, as all my Minute Meditations™, takes only 60 seconds, but can be stretched if you want it to last longer. If you’re rebooting your system towards more self-love, listen often; consistency is key. Enjoy and please share!
