Sun Salutation B: A Progressive Practice (Video)
Some days my body just isn’t ready to jump straight into Warrior One at the beginning of my asana session. When it feels tight, I need to practice Sun Salutations progressively. Essentially, I begin with the poses in their modified forms so my body can loosen up. As it does, I move into the deeper, more traditional alignment.
