Backbend Flow to Cultivate Happiness

While the title of this class implies creating happiness, a more apt description would be to look for happiness within. Even though we often find ourselves in unhappy or challenging circumstances, yoga would have us learn to make peace with what’s going on.

Inside of each of is a place of strength and peace that can make it through the most tragic of circumstances. Learning to find and center ourselves in this place is one path to healing, and the goal of this up-tempo, flowing yoga practice.
