Gratitude & Joy Meditation
If you want to feel a little lighter and happier or strengthen your gratitude muscle, this is the perfect Minute Meditation. As always, it only takes a minute, though you can add on and make it longer if you like. It’s a simple action, done standing (or sitting if you have too), and gently moving your arms in a way that cultivates joy.
