Meditation For Healing & Wholeness

True health comes from a feeling of wholeness. In yoga, we would call it union.

So often, though, we disconnect with ourselves because we are busy or distracted. Or because we are hurting and feel overwhelmed by it. Or because we have had trauma or loss.

Feeling broken apart is normal. Pulling the broken pieces back together is yoga.

In this meditation, call all the different layers of yourself back home, to one place.

Through the courageous act of being present and reconnecting with all of yourself, comes the chance to heal and feel whole once more.
