Change, Transformation & Inversions

If you want to change, to evolve, you must let go. If there’s no room to usher in your transformation it will pass you right by and return until you make space for it. This class focuses on some essential standing poses and warm-ups leading to Shirshasana and Sarvangasana with a focus on creating space in your body while also building strength and learning to let go.
