Yoga Class: Shoulders, Legs & Listening
Listening, just like any skill, takes practice. Of course being a good listener makes you a better spouse, parent and —well, person. But this yoga practice is dedicated to listening to yourself. It seems the more overwhelmed you get, the less you can hear that still, small voice within. But it’s the voice with all the answers; it’s the wise voice that guides you. And you need to practice listening to and trusting your inner wisdom.
In this 70 minute class, you’ll stretch your legs with poses like warrior one, warrior three and reclined hand to big toe pose. You’ll make your shoulders lighter and better aligned have a more complete yoga experience. And you’ll tie it all together by listening to your body and your inner compass.
