I was blessed to be interviewed for a brand new podcast called the Yoga Frequency.

My interviewer, Mike, and I sat down on the floor of a yoga studio and just talked. He asked great questions that led us to everything from the roots of yoga philosophy (Patanjali’s classical yoga vs. the Shiva-Shakti tantric lineage) to how yoga helped me gather the courage to face my mother’s death and why Headstand is one of the most important yoga poses to practice.
