A Conversation on Yoga: How Yoga Helps You Live Your Best Life

I was blessed to be interviewed for a brand new podcast called the Yoga Frequency.

As per their website, “The Yoga Frequency is a yoga-centric podcast dedicated to shining light on extraordinary individuals spreading positive energy and providing inspiration to raise our collective awareness to a higher level.”

My interviewer, Mike, and I sat down on the floor of a yoga studio and just talked. He asked great questions that led us to everything from the roots of yoga philosophy (Patanjali’s classical yoga vs. the Shiva-Shakti tantric lineage) to how yoga helped me gather the courage to face my mother’s death and why Headstand is one of the most important yoga poses to practice.
